If your organization would like to apply for financial support, please complete and submit a Donation Request Form for our consideration. Once your request has been reviewed, you will be notified of the company’s decision. Please understand that due to the number of requests we receive, we cannot support every worthy organization. However, we appreciate the opportunity to make a difference in our community.
In order to be considered for a sponsorship/donation, please submit the completed form below and email any supporting documentation and a completed Form W-9 to sponsorship@texaslehigh.com.
